Okay, so one more dip for you guys. This goes really well on meat, but it's also good on vegetarian foods and just for dipping your bread in. This one is really easy to make as well, and while it's not my absolute favourite of the dips I've been posting lately, it's an important dip and one I feel everyone should know how to make. 1 - 1 1/2 cups thick yogurt (Greek or Arabic)
2 baby cucumbers, peeled and diced
juice of half a lemon
salt and pepper
1/8 cup each: parsley, mint, both chopped
Mix all together. Makes roughly two cups.
